We’re a small, growing coffee roastery looking for a dependable, upbeat delivery driver to join our team. This position starts part-time, with the potential to grow into full-time for the right person who’s eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with us.
- Deliver roasted coffee to our wholesale customers (cafés, restaurants, retail partners)
- Manage and track inventory for delivery routes and warehouse storage
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse space
- Build positive, professional relationships with wholesale customers
- Support day-to-day roastery and warehouse operations as needed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Maintenance or mechanical skills are a plus, but not required
- A growth mindset, willingness to learn new systems and processes
This role is designed to grow. As hours increase and responsibilities expand, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Learn inventory systems and wholesale logistics
- Gain exposure to the behind-the-scenes operations of a working coffee roastery
- Take on additional responsibility within the operation
- Evolve from a part-time position into a full-time role
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
